Stephen C. Rohr

Stephen's practice includes estate planning, business planning, and estate and trust administration. He has extensive experience preparing estate plans, including drafting wills, revocable living trusts, credit shelter trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts ("GRATs"), durable powers of attorney for finances, and durable powers of attorney for health care. Stephen also works with entrepreneurs on matters ranging from entity formation to buy-sell agreements and prepares nonprofit corporations and private foundations for high net worth individuals.
