Jacqueline Ko

Jacqueline Ko, CAMS, currently serves as the Director of Financial Crimes Investigations at Varo Bank, leading three teams focused on financial crimes, including investigations and enhanced due diligence. With a strong background in financial crimes management, Jacqueline previously held several key positions at Wells Fargo, including Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the RISE Employee Resource Group and Membership and Chapter Development Chair for the Women's Team Member Network. Additional roles at Wells Fargo included Associate Manager of Preliminary Investigations and Conduct Risk Consultant, where Jacqueline developed and executed quality control measures and led teams in identifying and investigating suspicious activities. Earlier experience at Bank of America as a Financial Center Manager involved exceeding operational and customer service metrics through effective team collaboration and strategy execution.
