Peony Cheung

Peony Cheung, ACEA, serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer at Varo Bank since July 2021. With extensive experience in executive administration, Peony has held significant roles at notable companies including Roche Molecular Solutions, where responsibilities included support for the Head of Roche Molecular Diagnostics, and Genentech, Inc., as a Senior Assistant in Pharma Portfolio Management. Additional previous positions include Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Bank of the West, Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Research & Development at Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics, and Executive Assistant roles at UTStarcom, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., and Nestle Beverage Company. Peony holds a BA in Personnel Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
