Pepe Porrata

José (Pepe) Porrata is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Varo Bank, overseeing Responsible Lending, Banking, and Partnership functions. Prior to this, José (Pepe) held various senior roles at Wells Fargo and Capital One, focusing on risk management, operations control, financial intelligence, and product management. José also served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy before pursuing their BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University.
