Daniel Thomas is a Technical Safety Consultant at ERM with experience in technical report writing, risk assessment, and safety analysis in high-risk industrial projects. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Process Safety Trainee at VARO Energy, where responsibilities included conducting safety reviews and delivering presentations in both French and English. Daniel also served as a Crude Economist & Planner at Worley, focusing on risk assessments and data analysis within the energy and chemical sectors. In addition to consulting roles, Daniel worked as a self-employed music tutor, teaching violin to children, and represented the Chemical Engineering department at the University of Bath as an ambassador from 2020 to 2023. Daniel holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath, graduating with a 2:1.
