Ian has a strong focus on implementing Lean methodologies, improving processes, and driving efficiencies within organizations. Ian also has experience in training and development, lecturing at BHMS Business & Hotel Management School. With a background in production engineering and an MBA, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their roles as an OEMS Manager, Senior Operational Excellence Manager, and Consultant.
