Marco Rijnvis

Marco Rijnvis is a highly experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Systeembeheerder at VARO Energy since January 2021, Marco previously held the position of Senior System Engineer at Uniware Computer Systems B.V. from November 2007 to December 2020. Marco's entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Rijnvis Consultancy from January 2003 to December 2014 involved providing comprehensive ICT solutions across various platforms. Earlier roles include Change Manager at the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing issues and researching hardware and software, and Project Leader ICT at Eneco, where Marco led ITIL-based helpdesk procedures and the implementation of the Heat call logging system across multiple locations. Education was obtained at Aloysius College in 's-Gravenhage.
