J Stephen Kowski, MSEE, JD, currently serves as the Manager of Email Security Architecture at Varonis, a role that involves transitioning critical knowledge from a previously acquired startup. Kowski has extensive experience in leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board for both the Florida FIRST Robotics Education Foundation and the Tampa Bay Technology Alliance, where oversight of competitive robotics programs has impacted thousands of students.
