Lydia Belayneh

Lydia Belayneh has a diverse work experience history starting in 2018. Lydia began their career at The Catholic University of America as a Programming Assistant and later worked as an Undergraduate Admission Fellow. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing and Events Intern at the Adams Morgan Partnership BID and later as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Zane Networks, LLC. In 2021, they joined Orangetheory Fitness as a Sales Associate. In 2022, they started working at Riddle & Bloom as an Amazon Prime Campus Manager until 2022. Currently, Lydia works at Varonis as a Territory Development Representative and has assumed the role of Inside Sales Team Lead since 2023.

Lydia Belayneh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Bishop Ireton HS, earning a High School Diploma from 2014 to 2018.
