Mathew Toplis

Mathew Toplis is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as an Account Executive for the UKI at Varonis since September 2025, Toplis previously held multiple roles at Pendo.io from March 2020 to August 2025, culminating in the position of Senior Account Executive for Commercial in EMEA. Additional experience includes managing retail operations as Store Manager at both Pinarello Shop and The Bike Rooms, along with freelance industrial design work at Flowquip Ltd, where Toplis developed a specialized housing for oil rig computer systems using Solidworks. Mathew Toplis holds a MA/MSc in Product Design from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
