Paola Pentiricci

Paola Pentiricci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Success Operations Manager for Iberia & Italy at Varonis, Paola previously worked at Darktrace as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Lead, where a strong focus was placed on relationship management, client engagement, and identifying growth opportunities for over 150 clients across EMEA. Additional experience includes roles at ODILO and Cornerstone OnDemand, where skills in client satisfaction, onboarding, and adoption strategies were honed. Paola holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from IBERO Puebla.
