Shane Cummins

Shane Cummins is a Senior IT Operations Engineer at Varonis since May 2019, responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and overseeing patch management for both Windows and Linux environments. Prior to Varonis, Shane served as an IT System Engineer at RR Donnelley Global Turnkey Solutions, focusing on the global management and support of physical and virtual environments. Shane's earlier roles include supervisory and engineering positions at A-Tec Computers Ireland Ltd, Citco Fund Services, HP CDS, Sanmina-SCI, and Flextronics, where responsibilities ranged from infrastructure support to system deployment and testing. Shane holds a Level 6 Fetac degree in VB.NET Software Development and Testing, as well as a Level 7 bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering and Semiconductor Fabrication Technology.
