Mikko Vihanto

Mikko Vihanto has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as a Freight Traffic Administrator at TeamLines Finland/Finnlines, where they were responsible for freight traffic planning and customer service for sea containers. Mikko then moved on to Varova Oy in 2004, where they worked as a Freight Traffic Administrator, handling customer service and freight traffic planning for international road logistics until 2006. In 2006, they briefly worked as an Internal Marketing professional at Systemplus HQ Niederaula. Returning to Varova Oy in 2007, Mikko took on progressively more senior roles, including Sales Manager, Network Management Europe, Vice President, and currently holds the position of CEO since March 2018. Their roles at Varova Oy have involved managing sales processes in B-to-B freight logistics, as well as managing the German partner network and focusing on business development.

Mikko Vihanto has a diverse education history. Mikko obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development between the years 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Mercuria Business School and the University of Lincoln. This degree was completed from 1997 to 2001. Mikko also received a Ylioppilas - Matriculation Examination from Sotkamon Lukio during the years 1992 to 1995.
