Anoop Sharma

Anoop Sharma has extensive work experience in various manufacturing and operations roles. Anoop began their career in 1993 as a Shift Incharge at Amrita Moulding Pvt ltd. From there, they worked as a Dy Manager Manufacturing at UNO MINDA,NK Minda Group between 1995 and 2004. Anoop then joined Alpha Toyo Limited as a Sr Engineer Quality from 2000 to 2002. Anoop then moved to VARROC GROUP, where they held the positions of Plant Head- General Manager Operations from 2004 to 2015, Associate Vice President Operations - Electrical SBU from 2015 to present, and Associate Vice President- Manufacturing Excellence (Varroc India Business) from 2019 to present.

Anoop Sharma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management & Strategy from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completed from 2015 to 2018. Anoop also holds an Executive MBA in Finance from EIILM University, earned from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Anoop Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from CMJ University, completed from 2009 to 2012. Anoop has also completed additional certifications, including "AI for Everyone" from Coursera in 2020 and "Digital Transformation Strategy" from Boston University in 2019.
