Gajanan Nigade

Gajanan Nigade is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project leadership within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Projects Lead Advance Engineering at Varroc Polymers since May 2023, Gajanan previously held various roles at Faurecia from August 2006 to May 2023, culminating in the position of Program Development Leader. Key responsibilities included managing engineering deliverables, change management, and leading innovation initiatives alongside cross-functional teams. Gajanan has also mentored engineers, facilitated product design for automotive interiors, and executed engineering activities across multiple projects, demonstrating a strong proficiency in CATIA V5 and technical analysis. Gajanan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune.
