Hemraj Deshwal has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions across multiple organizations. Hemraj began career at Desiccant Rotors International as an Assistant - P&A from August 2007 to November 2010, followed by a role as Deputy Officer at Continental Engines India. Hemraj then progressed within Motherson Group as a Human Resources Executive from September 2011 to January 2013 and later served as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Munjal Auto Industries Limited from January 2013 to May 2022. Hemraj transitioned to IAC Group in a similar role until September 2023 before taking on the position of Head HR at Fiem Industries Ltd. for a short period. Hemraj subsequently headed HR & Admin at Machino Plastic Industries before becoming the Head of Human Resources - Plant at Varroc in January 2024. Hemraj holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University.
