Sachin Kulkarni

Sachin Kulkarni has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Sachin started their career as a Management Trainee at Birla AccuCast Ltd, where they worked on employee life cycle management processes and collective bargaining. Sachin then moved on to Akai Consumer Electronics India Limited as a Junior HRD Officer, where they focused on compensation and benefits and facilitated employee promotions and lateral movements. Sachin later joined ITC Limited-Hotels Division as an HR Coordinator, managing HR programs and handling compensation and benefits. Sachin then joined Infosys Limited, where they held several HR roles, including Lead HR-Business Partner and Senior Lead HR-Business Partner. In these roles, Sachin was responsible for strategic HR, HR operations, and employee life cycle management. Currently, they are working at Varroc as the Lead OD and PMS- Corporate.

Sachin Kulkarni obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2002. Sachin also completed their high school education with a focus on Commerce at S.B.College. In addition to their formal education, Sachin has obtained certifications in Personality and Ability Assessment Course from SHL in May 2023 and in HRD 101 from Infosys in March 2008.
