Alan Shankroff

Alan Shankroff has extensive work experience in various roles in the healthcare industry. Alan started their career as the Director of Client Services at LIfeStar Response of Maryland from February 2001 to December 2015. Alan then worked as a Project Manager at Keystone Quality Transport from January 2016 to December 2017. Alan joined Johns Hopkins Hospital in December 2017 as the Communications Supervisor for Johns Hopkins Lifeline until December 2021. Alan then served as the Regional Manager at Keystone Quality Transport from December 2021 to August 2022. Alan's most recent role was as the Clinical Manager at Specialized Orthopaedic Services, Inc. from July 2009 to August 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Varsity Care Adult Health Services since September 2023.

Alan Shankroff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Alan also studied Biology/Biological Sciences and Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries at Roanoke College. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Orthotist from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics, Inc. and as a Nationally Registered Paramedic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
