Varsity Hype
Moises Nunez has been working in the software industry since 2019. Moises'scurrent role is Frontend Developer at Varsity Hype, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Software Developer at Shoot from 2019-2020. From 2016-2019, they were employed at the University of Houston-Downtown in various roles. These included Houston PREP - Summer Program Teacher, Undergraduate Research Assistant, Texas Workforce Commission - Research Leader, and Supplemental Instruction Leader and Mentor. In these roles, they created and implemented Computer Science lesson plans, managed research training sessions and 3-week summer intensive workshops, and mentored fellow SI leaders. Moises also led a team of six students on the development of a modular drone to detect structural damage, and successfully predicted different torque levels with a 92% accuracy.
Moises Nunez attended the University of Houston-Downtown from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
