Laura-Ann Flamm

Laura-Ann Flamm has work experience in HR management and business partner roles. Laura-Ann currently works at VARTA AG, where they started in January 2021 as a Senior HR Business Partner for VARTA Consumer Batteries. In 2023, they were promoted to Head of HR for VARTA Consumer Batteries, Central Divisions FI/CO & International Subsidiaries. Prior to VARTA AG, Laura-Ann worked at C. & E. Fein GmbH from 2013 to 2020. In their role there, they served as the Head of HR Management from 2018 to 2020. Laura-Ann also worked as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2018, providing support for employees and managers across various HR functions. Additionally, they served as an Assistant to the Management, handling tasks such as travel booking, insurance management, and event organization.

Laura-Ann Flamm completed their education at two institutions. Laura-Ann first attended Berufsschule Schwäbisch Gmünd from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Ausbildung degree in Industriekauffrau. Following this, they studied at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2013 to 2016. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management.
