Sneha Sharan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Varthana since April 2021, Sneha has progressed through multiple positions within the company, including Manager and Assistant Manager focused on Talent Management and Organizational Development. Prior to Varthana, Sneha held the position of Corporate Guest Coordinator for the Placement Committee at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Bangalore.
