Mumtaz Masood

Mumtaz Masood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), program management, and community engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager- CSR at Varun Beverages Limited since March 2023, Mumtaz is responsible for strategic planning and execution of CSR initiatives focusing on water and environmental conservation, health, education, and skill development at over 30 factory locations in India. Previous roles include Manager- CSR at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing CSR contributions and stakeholder engagement, as well as serving as Chief Manager - CSR at SRF Limited, where significant achievements included elevating CSR projects and winning multiple awards for sustainability initiatives. With a Master's in Social Work and a strong background in social development, Mumtaz has effectively led projects in diverse geographical settings, contributing to community capacity building and advocacy efforts.
