Sujay Kotak

Sujay Kotak possesses extensive experience in investment and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as Associate Vice President for New Ventures and Family Office Investments at Varun Beverages Limited since November 2023, Sujay played a pivotal role in spearheading strategic planning and business initiatives at Sumer Group from September 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, Sujay was Deputy General Manager at Brand Capital, focusing on the investment lifecycle, and served as Vice President at Singhi Advisors, specializing in cross-border M&A. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College, a Masters in Management Studies (Finance) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Instrumentation) from the University of Mumbai, complemented by foundational education at Don Bosco High School.
