Rebecca VanTassell

QA Engineer at VAS

Rebecca VanTassell has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rebecca began their career as a Radiation Therapist at Regional Health in February 2006, where they provided compassionate care to cancer patients by administering radiation treatments and ensuring their safety. In May 2006, they moved to Ministry Health Care and continued their role as a Radiation Therapist. Rebecca organized in-service trainings for the department and provided hands-on training to interns on the technical operations of radiotherapy equipment. During their tenure at Ministry Health Care, they also assisted in creating training materials, programs, and procedures. In November 2015, Rebecca joined Marshfield Clinic Health System as a Business Analyst, where they coordinated software development projects with external partners and third-party vendors. Rebecca also demonstrated their project management and team leadership skills by solving problems and providing team direction in the absence of their direct supervisor. Rebecca ensured that development deadlines were met through regular planning meetings and by utilizing daily stand-ups to assess the progress of the projects. Most recently, in April 2020, they joined VAS as a QA Engineer. Unfortunately, the specific end dates for their roles at VAS and Regional Health are not provided.

Rebecca VanTassell completed their education at two different institutions. Rebecca first attended Argosy University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiation Therapy. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in American Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Rebecca also obtained a certification as a Radiologic Technologist (Therapy) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in February 2006.
