Prior roles include Kordynator sprzedaży at Kronospan, where Marcin directed the sales department and motivated the sales team, and Regionalny Kierownik Sprzedaży at Oras Oy, overseeing the sales division and engaging with significant clients. Marcin's career began as Doradca techniczno-handlowy at Sanplast S.A. and Vinsar Sp.z o.o., where responsibilities included negotiating trade agreements and fostering business relations.
