Larry Pennycuff

Larry Pennycuff is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial management and project oversight. Currently serving as a Project Manager at VASEY since November 2011, Pennycuff focuses on assisting Building Owners and CFOs in optimizing building performance and budgets across various industries. Previously, as CFO at Godby Heating and Air Conditioning from November 2004 to March 2008, Pennycuff co-founded and scaled the company to over $16 million in revenue within four years, while establishing financial systems and managing a fleet of 40 vehicles. At Vasey Commercial from February 2000 to October 2004, Pennycuff held full P&L and IT responsibilities, creating and managing departmental budgets. In an earlier role as Regional IT Manager at American Residential Services from 1997 to 2000, Pennycuff managed multi-state IT systems and software applications. Pennycuff's educational background includes studies at Indiana University Indianapolis from 1976 to 1979.
