Smruti Ranjan has a work experience that includes the following roles:

- Sales Business Development at Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd. from May 2020 to July 2020

- Management Trainee at Laxmi Industries from November 2017 to March 2019.

Smruti Ranjan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Analytics and Marketing at KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneswar from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology (GIET), Gunupur during the years 2013 to 2017. Before entering higher education, Smruti Ranjan completed the All India Secondary School Examination from Deepika English Medium School in India between 2011 and 2013.
