Jorge Gonzalez Herrero

Highly experienced in IT software and solutions sales, and IT business administration management as General Manager.

Since December 2013 he has held several executive roles in VASS.

As Director for the Banking Industry, he contributed in making the business line grow from 11,9 M€ in 2013 to 17,0 M€ in 2016.

He is currently Partner at VASS, a position he has held since April 2021. He was previously Global Head of Operations for VASS from March 2017, managing in 2023 a revenue of +340M€ (+14% vs 2022) and +40M€ EBITDA (+10,5% vs 2022), and a team of over 4.800 people operating in 26 countries, acquiring and integrating 11 companies in the space of two years.

He also led Serbatic (www.serbatic.es), a VASS company, as General Manager from January 2017, transforming the firm into a software production company. Revenue grew from 3,7M€ to 20 M€ and the team from 70 to +450 people in 2023.

As one of the Vector founding partners (www.vectoritcgroup.com), he led it as General Manager from 2003 with it becoming a +40M€ revenues and +900 employee company.

Before founding Vector, he was Principal for the Financial Services Industry in Avanza Solutions (majority shareholder of Vector at that time), and Principal for Telecommunications and Pharmaceutical clients in IBM.
