Michael Lange

Michael Lange is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity and management consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at One Equity Partners since February 2022, Lange is also a Board Member for multiple organizations, including MSQ, Kirey Group, VASS, and enthus. Prior to these roles, Lange was a Partner at McKinsey & Company from April 2014 to February 2022, where leadership in the Private Equity Practice in Germany and EMEA was a focus, along with guiding the Private Equity - Industrials joint venture and the PE Portfolio Support Service Line. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from October 2008 to October 2013. Education was obtained at Goethe University Frankfurt.
