Paula Mercer has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the business and franchise industry. Paula most recently served as the Vice President of Vast Coworking Group since January 2024. Prior to that, Paula held the position of Vice President of Operations for Vast Coworking Group from January 2023 to December 2023.
Before joining Vast Coworking Group, Paula worked at United Franchise Group for over 14 years. Paula held several positions including Vice President of Operations for Venture X from October 2019 to December 2023. Paula also served as Vice President of UFG Operations and Director of Shared Services. In addition, they held roles such as Office Manager, Executive Assistant to the CTO, and Director of First Impressions during their tenure with the company.
Paula Mercer obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Liberty University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990.
