John Heidgerken

John Heidgerken currently serves as the Americas West Area Director of Systems Engineering at VAST Data, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, John accumulated extensive experience at Dell EMC as a Senior Systems Engineer from August 2018 to November 2023. John's career in technology began at Rackspace, where various positions were held between August 2006 and July 2015, culminating as a SAN Engineer III. Additional experience includes roles at Credit Karma and USAA in infrastructure engineering and member support, respectively. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned between 2000 and 2004.
