Chad MacRae

Chad M. serves as the Vice President of People at VAST, contributing to the mission of enabling long-term living in space through the development of artificial gravity space stations. In addition to this role, Chad is an RL100 Core Member, engaging in a leading peer network focused on enhancing strategic in-house resourcing. Chad also writes for the Forbes Human Resources Council and acts as Principal for Talent Future, specializing in executive search for transformative leaders. Previous experience includes several leadership positions at Tinder and Match Group, where Chad shaped talent acquisition strategies and organizational design, alongside advisory roles at Grinder and Recruiter.com. Academic credentials include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford and ongoing studies at The Wharton School.
