Curtis Lee

Curtis Lee is a skilled mechanical engineer with a diverse background in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer II at Vast since February 2023, Curtis has held multiple mechanical engineering positions focused on structures and human systems. Prior experience includes a tenure at Virgin Hyperloop from June 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading the mechanical design of critical prototypes and managing system integration for hyperloop vehicles. Curtis also worked at Highlander Racing as a Power Electronics Housing Designer, contributing to the design and optimization of components for electric race cars. Previous internships, including a role at Virgin Hyperloop as an EM Mechanical Design Engineering Intern, showcased expertise in prototyping and thermal system enhancements. Curtis holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, obtained in 2020.
