Cynthia Leu

Cynthia Leu serves as a Senior University Recruiter at VAST since March 2024, following a significant tenure at Meta from August 2017 to May 2023, where roles included DEI Recruiting Program Manager and University Recruiter specializing in technology. At Meta, Cynthia focused on enhancing diverse hiring initiatives and successfully crafted internship hiring strategies, surpassing recruitment goals across various technical roles. Additionally, Cynthia founded the Cynthia Leu Collection from 2019 to 2021 to address the need for women’s athletic clothing tailored to muscular physiques. Previous experiences include corporate recruiting at Young's Market Company, finance and engineering recruitment at GQR Global Markets, project management at Aegisolve, and public relations internship at UC Davis. Cynthia's early career includes service in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and administrative skills were refined. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
