Hillary Coe

Hillary Coe is a seasoned professional in design and marketing, currently serving as the Chief Design & Marketing Officer at VAST since May 2024, where efforts are focused on developing the first Commercial Space Station. Coe has held significant roles at the Federal Aviation Administration as a Commercial Pilot & Instructor, and at SpaceX in various capacities including Design/Strategy/Communications and Director of Design, where contributions involved creating visual standards for human spaceflight and leading product experience for Starlink. As Global Director at AKQA, Coe enhanced design standards within the private space industry, while previous leadership at organizations like TBWA\Media Arts Lab and Google involved high-profile product launches and innovative design strategies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Otis College of Art and Design, along with further studies at Harvard Business School and Florida Institute of Technology.
