Rathana Phon

Rathana Phon is an experienced professional in the field of integration and composite technology, currently serving as an Integration Supervisor at VAST since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rathana worked at Virgin Orbit from August 2017 to March 2023, where achievements included promotions to Lead Integration Technician and various positions as Integration Technician. Earlier experience includes work as a Composite Technician at Arrowhead Products from March 2016 to August 2017, and as an Insulation Processor and Composite Technician at HITCO Carbon Composites from September 2014 to November 2015, where responsibilities encompassed operating multiple machines and interpreting engineering specifications.
