Phil Manning

Phil Manning is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at VASTech since September 2025, Phil previously held significant roles including Associate Partner and Agile Competency Lead at IQbusiness South Africa, and Director positions at both IHS Markit and Ipreo. Phil's career began with various roles at Clickatell, progressing from Systems Administrator to Senior Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included team management and strategic alignment with business goals. An Agile Coach at iflix, Phil played a vital role in developing teams in Cape Town while collaborating with headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.
