Eric Lane, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Technology & Life Sciences at Vastek Group, a minority-owned company recognized for its commitment to diversity and quality standards, including Joint Commission Certification. As the CEO and Founder of Trident Talent Solutions since January 2018, Eric leads a technical recruitment firm dedicated to providing exceptional talent for companies of all sizes. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Sales Director at Templar Shield, Sales Manager at VIA Technical, Senior Business Development Executive at The Eastridge Group, Small Business Development Executive at JP Morgan Chase, and Assistant Branch Manager at US Bank. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University and an MBA from National University.
