Jurn Hoeksema is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. As the Managing Director of Vastint since 2025, Jurn has been pivotal in the development and management of commercial and residential properties. Prior to this role, Jurn served as COO for Northern Europe and a member of the Executive Committee at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from 2019 to 2025, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Citycon Oyj between 2014 and 2019. Jurn's career also includes leadership positions at Forum Turkey Fund, Multi Corporation, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Jurn's academic credentials include an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and degrees from the University of Amsterdam and Delft University of Technology.

We are an international real estate organisation with over 30 years of experience. The goal of Vastint is to create long-term value through property investments. The cornerstones of our operations are development of commercial and residential real estate for further active management. In addition to Interogo Holding, Interogo Foundation also owns the Inter IKEA Group of companies through Inter IKEA Holding B.V. in the Netherlands. Consequently, the operations of Vastint are not linked to the IKEA related businesses.
