Stefan Maatman

Stefan Maatman is an experienced professional in sustainability and real estate management, currently serving as Group Sustainability Manager at Vastint since September 2022. Prior to this role, Stefan held various positions at CFP Green Buildings from July 2014 to September 2022, including Manager Operations, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Junior Consultant. Early career experiences include working as a Projectmedewerker at Stichting Pioneering and conducting a graduate research project focused on implementing Resultaatgericht Vastgoedonderhoud within housing corporations. Stefan also completed internships at Woningcorporatie De Woonplaats and Roelofs & Haase Projectontwikkeling B.V. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s degree in Bouwtechnische bedrijfskunde from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
