Karin Lilja has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as Enhetschef at Skaraborgs Sjukhus since March 2017, Karin previously held the position of Verksamhetschef at Lernia from February 2006 to March 2017, where responsibilities included adult education in Skaraborg and Närke, with full accountability for finances, personnel, and client relations. Additionally, Karin initiated and led higher vocational education programs in Production Technology and managed the SFI program in Jönköping from 2008. Educational background includes studies at Malmö University from 2006 to 2008 and a diploma in Undersköterska and mentalskötare from Lövängsgymnasiet, completed between 1986 and 1988.
