Berit Haagensen has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and service sectors, currently serving as Produktägare at Västtrafik since October 2014. Previous roles at Västtrafik include Kvalitetssamordnare IT, where responsibilities expanded to include Service Catalogue Manager and establishing the service catalog for IT. Earlier experience includes leadership positions as Operational Team Manager at both Connected Wind Services Sverige AB and Triventus Service AB, along with a progression of roles at Unfors Instruments AB and a long tenure at Nobel Biocare, where Berit contributed as R&D Administrator, Quality Engineer, and Precision Tool Maker.
