Monica Calvo

Monica Calvo is a seasoned professional in recruitment and human resources with a strong background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Recruitment Manager at VAT IT since January 2014, Monica has previously held roles such as Executive Recruiter and Executive Director within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an IHRM Consultant at Lekana Employee Benefit Solutions in 2006 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Rino Personnel from 2003 to 2006. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa, completed between 1999 and 2001, and completed Matric at Queens High School from 1993 to 1997.
