Soumen Paul has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at VA Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd and vatech since June 2016. Previously, Soumen held the position of Area Operations Manager at PepperTap from July 2015 to May 2016, managing day-to-day store operations and addressing issues related to cash, business development, vendor management, and accounts. Soumen is currently pursuing an Advanced Management Programme in Fintech and Financial Blockchain at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, following a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from iipm, completed in 2013.
