Ilmi Yavuz has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, spanning from 1979 to the present. Ilmi has held various positions in different companies, including Hilton Istanbul Maslak, Vatel International Business School Hotel & Tourism Management, Vatel Business School - Hotel & Tourism Management, Retaj Hotels & Hospitality, Saffee Hotels, Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International, Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, Radisson SAS, Corinthia Hotels International, and Hilton Worldwide.

Throughout their career, Ilmi Yavuz has held roles such as Training Manager, Lecturer/Consultant, Head of Academic Council, HR Director, Human Resources Director, Quality & Special Projects, HR & Training Manager, and HR Manager. Ilmi has been responsible for tasks such as recruitment, staffing, employee relations, compensation, training and development, and setting up systems for incentive programs and performance development reviews.
