Lauren S. began their career in 2012 as a Research Assistant at Cornell University and continued gaining experience at The Mount Sinai Hospital as a Research Assistant in 2014. Subsequently, they worked at Island Medicine from 2015 to 2018 as a Program Manager. In 2017, they participated in the Summer Enrichment Program at the Greater New York Hospital Association. Lauren joined Maimonides Medical Center in 2018, where they held roles as a Transformation Manager and later as a Senior Manager, focusing on program implementation and performance improvement. Lauren then moved to Catholic Health in 2021 as a Provider Engagement Manager before taking on the role of Director of Provider Engagement at Vatica Health in 2023.
Lauren S. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from Cornell University and a Master of Health Administration from Hofstra University. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a PCMH Certified Content Expert from NCQA.
