Sahib Sehgal has over 17 years of experience in client relationship management, with a strong focus on back-office operations and system formulation. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager at Vatika Group since October 2018, Sahib is skilled in utilizing Salesforce for operational efficiency and document verification. Previously, at Sandwoods Infratech Projects Private Limited from April 2014 to October 2018 as Manager Customer Relations, Sahib implemented systems for smooth back-office functioning and ensured accuracy in customer document verification. This followed a tenure at Penta Homes Pvt. Ltd. from December 2005 to March 2014, also as Manager Customer Relations, where Sahib prepared management information reports and managed customer inquiries. Sahib holds a Master of Science degree in IT with a specialization in Computer Science from GSSS Jhandutta, completed between 1992 and 1996.
