Christina Sellerup

Christina Sellerup is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Country Partner Manager & Project/Process Excellence at Vattenfall, overseeing People & Culture in Denmark, Holland, Sweden, Germany, and England since December 2024. Previously, Christina held the role of Chief People Officer / Group HR Director at KP Components, where responsibilities included HR, Payroll, Communication, and ESG for a manufacturing company with 400 employees across Denmark, Sweden, and the USA. As an Advisory Board Member for Ringkøbing-Skjern Kommune Arbejdskraftrådet, Christina contributed insights on various challenges. Additional experience includes leadership positions at DS Smith, Hornsyld Købmandsgaard A/S, and Arkil, demonstrating a strong background in HR processes, employer branding, and employee engagement. Christina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Aarhus University and has pursued various certifications in human resources and occupational health and safety.
