Henning Eklund is a Policy Adviser at Vattenfall since January 2022, previously serving as a Policy Adviser at GEODE from July 2018 to January 2022. Eklund gained experience at the European Commission as a trainee in the DG Energy from October 2017 to February 2018 and worked as a Desk Officer and EU Coordinator at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Sweden, from May 2015 to September 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Collector Administrator at GE Capital from March 2008 to February 2012 and a trainee position at ENTSO-E in June 2010. Eklund holds a Master’s Degree in European Political Studies from the College of Europe and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Uppsala University, along with a certificate in Russian language from Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
