Ivo Dalstra

Ivo Dalstra has extensive experience in quality management and team leadership, currently holding the position of Manager Kwaliteit at both Nuon and Vattenfall since 2008 and 2019, respectively. Previous roles include Senior Kwaliteitsadviseur and Kwaliteitsadviseur verhuisservice at Nuon, as well as Teamleider at Cendris from 2003 to 2007 and at Leeuwarder Courant from 2001 to 2003. Ivo has pursued various educational achievements, including a Bachelor of Business Administration from NHL Stenden (2018-2022) and several certifications in customer experience and project management from Gartner and COPC. Additionally, Ivo has a vocational degree in Detailhandel from Friesland College ROC (1995-1999).
